wine-Dedicated Integrated Cooling System
This product is an integrated HVAC system optimized for swine housing,
designed to simultaneously control cooling, ventilation, and air quality.
It ensures stable operation even in environments with high temperatures and high concentrations of ammonia.
When outside air is introduced, dust and contaminants are removed through filtration,
and the cooled air is supplied using a positive pressure ventilation method,
effectively controlling temperature, humidity, and harmful gases inside the swine housing.
Unlike conventional cooling pad systems,
this system adopts a water-free design,
minimizing issues related to water quality and maintenance,
while providing stable cooling performance without environmental limitations.
The unit is constructed with SUS304 stainless steel,
and the heat exchanger is coated with Blygold anti-corrosion treatment,
ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability in ammonia-rich environments.
It is available in 10RT and 15RT capacity options,
allowing flexible application depending on farm size.
Additionally, a fan control-based temperature regulation system enables precise environmental control.
For maintenance efficiency,
the system is designed with an overhaul structure,
allowing replacement of key internal components instead of the entire unit,
thereby reducing operational costs.
Furthermore, a ring-type lifting structure is applied,
making installation and equipment replacement more efficient and convenient.
